Chemical Compounds:
Sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, Synergistic and Stabilizing Substances (with strong binding properties), surfactants, Corrosion Inhibitor, deionized water.
Mechanism of action:
Alkaline detergent solution consists of three main parts:
1- Alkaline agent becomes saponified when contacting and reacting with fats; then dissolves and removes fats and proteins from internal surfaces leading to facilitation of washing.
2- The surfactant agent reduces the water surface tension; increases the contact between the alkali and the milk fats remaining inside the tanks and transferring pipes; and finally increases the effectiveness of the detergent solution.
3- Chlorine in the product, in addition to the destructive effect on fat and protein, causes the destruction of existing microbes and bacteria.
Suggested Use:
Milk and its products, due to their special nature, are a suitable environment for the growth of pathogenic microorganisms. This product is a strong alkaline detergent, cleaner and disinfectant used in CIP system to wash, clean, and remove biofilms, mineral deposits (including Milk Stone and Water Stone), organic masses (including protein, fat, and sugar), internal surfaces of pipes, ducts, filters, connections and milk transport and storage tanks; and equipment such as pasteurizers etc. used in food and dairy factories.
Dosage:
Directly Related to the type of device, type of deposits, water conditions, amount of pollution and the surfaces exposed to cleaning, between 1-3% should be used (1 to 3 liters of alkaline detergent solution in 100 L of water).
How to Use:
Stage 1:
Recycle and remove the remaining product using compressed water or air.
Stage 2:
Pre-rinse with water (immediately after completion of production)
Note: The water temperature should never exceed 55° Celsius.
Stage 3:
Wash with alkaline detergent
Again, fill the pipes and tanks with clean water; add the necessary amount of alkaline detergent solution (depending on the type of device) and circulate for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of at least 70° Celsius to completely remove and wash the effects of fat and protein. etc. from the internal surfaces (The flow speed in the feeding pumps is 1.5-3 meters per second and the liquid flow is very turbulent).
Stage 4:
After draining the solution, rinse the system with clean water.
Storage:
Store at a temperature below 35° Celsius and protect against freezing.
Precautions:
1- When diluting and using this product, wear appropriate covers including gloves, mask, glasses, and boots.
2- Avoid breathing the vapors of the product.
3- In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash the area immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
Attention:
Avoid storing gallons containing alkaline and acidic substances near each other.
