Chemical compositions:
Sodium hydroxide; Sodium hypochlorite, Deionized water, Synergizing and Stabilizing substances.
Mechanism of Action:
Pharmakan alkaline liquid consists of three main parts, which are:
- Surfactant agent , Which reduces the surface tension of water. As a result, the contact between the alkali and the residual milk fats inside the milking machine increases. Finally, it increases the penetrating power of the detergent and alkaline agent in milk fat and ultimately it increases the effectiveness of the detergent solution.
- Chlorine in detergent, in addition to the destructive effect on fat and protein, kills existing germs and bacteria.
- Alkaline agent of this product , in contact with fats and reaction with them, it found soapy property. It causes dissolution and separation fat and protein from surfacesinside containers and facilitates the washing process.
Indications and Usage:
Suitable for use in automatic and semi-automatic milk systems, cleaning of milk equipment and machines, storage tanks, and milk transfer lines (for use in CIP systems
Dosage:
The amount of consumption is directly related to the type of device and consumption conditions and is between 1-3 percent (1 to 3 liters of Pharmakan solution in 100 liters of water)
Method of Use:
After completely draining the milk from the milking machine and its initial rinsing, with water of 40-45 ° C for 5-10 minutes. Refill the tank with clean water and add the required amount (depending on the type of machine) of Pharmakan product. And circulate for 10-20 minutes at temperature of 60-70 ° C so that the effects of fat and protein completely to be cleaned and washed from internal surfaces. Then drain the solution and rinse the system with clean water at 40-50 ° C.
Storage conditions :
Store in tightly closed containers, in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight at a temperature below 30 ° C and protect it from freezing.
Attention:
Avoid storing gallons containing alkaline and acidic substances near each other.
Precautions:
1- When diluting and using this product, wear appropriate covers including gloves, mask, glasses, and boots.
2- Avoid breathing the vapors of the product.
3- In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash the area immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
