Chemical compositions:
Phosphoric acid, Nitric acid with anti-corrosion materials, Deionized water, Synergizing and Stabilizing substances.
Mechanism of Action:
Pharmacid is used with 3 important effects after alkaline washing:
-Elimination of the alkaline property of the detergent used , which not be transferred to the milk in the later stages of milking .
- Preventing the formation of milk stone by dissolving the remaining calcium salts of milk inside the machine.
- Preventing the formation of water sediments , which is caused by the use of water in the washing process and depending on the hardness of the water consumed over time.
Indications and Usage:
Usable in automatic and semi-automatic milking systems.
Dosage :
-Depending on the pH rate of the solution which was used in the alkaline washing process (pharmacan solution) , as well as the degree of hardness of the water consumed, the Pharmacid solution with a concentration of between 0.5 to 2% (half to 2 liters of pharmacid solution in 100 liters of water) is used.
Method of Use:
After the process of alkaline washing and rinsing, refill the tank with clean water (Temperature 30-45 ° C) and diluted Pharmacid solution with appropriate dilution, circulate at environment temperature for 10 minutes, Then drain the tank and rinse it again.
Storage conditions :
Store in tightly closed containers, in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight at a temperature below 30 ° C and protect it from freezing.
Precautions:
1- When diluting and using this product, wear appropriate covers including gloves, mask, glasses and boots.
2- Avoid breathing the vapors of the product.
3- In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash the area immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
Attention:
Avoid storing gallons containing alkaline and acidic substances near each other.
