Mechanism of action:
With its unique formulation based on hydrogen peroxide biocides, Hydroxidine M is categorized as high-level disinfectants, used to provide and implement biological security in food and dairy factories.
The product hydrogen peroxide is known as a strong oxidizer, resulting in the sulfur (S-S) and sulfuryl (-SH) bonds oxidation in the molecules of proteins, enzymes and other metabolisms, which disrupts the cell membrane function and destroys the cell wall in the end.
This product is capable of eliminating all pathogens in the food and dairy industries in a wide range without creating microbial resistance; this is why, it can reach the risks of toxic effects, residual chemicals and disinfectants to zero on the final product and avoid the growth and spread of pathogenic microorganisms significantly.

Usage value:
The usage value is directly related to the pollution amount and cleaning-exposed surfaces and is between 2-4% (2 to 4 liters of disinfectant solution in 100 liters of water).
Usage method:
Fill the tank again with clean water and Hydroxidine M solution with appropriate dilution after finishing the alkali and acid washing process as well as cleaning pipes and tanks; then, circulate it for 15 minutes at ambient temperature and drain the tank in the end.
