Chemical compounds:
Glutaraldehyde 62.5gr / 100ml, Benzalkonium chloride 125gr / 100ml, Synergizing and Stabilizing substances and Deionized water.
Mechanism of action:
The Benzalkonium chloride present in this solution affects the cell wall causing sedimentation of the cytoplasm and also facilitates the entry of Glutaraldehyde into the cell of the microorganism.
The composition of glutaraldehyde in this solution disrupts the synthesis of RNA and cellular DNA of microorganisms and causes coagulation and destruction of the protein structure of microorganisms. The composition of this solution is very effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, growing forms and spores of bacteria, viruses (including viruses that cause Flu, Newcastle, Gumboro, Bronchitis, Foot-and-Mouth disease and so on.), mycobacteria (mycobacterium), fungi and mycoplasmas (mycoplasma).
Indications and usage:
SMA Glutaraldehyde 100 is a powerful disinfectant that is used to disinfect poultry farms and livestock breeding grounds , hatcheries, cages, all surfaces, poultry equipments and supplies (drinking, feeding, etc.), maternity pens, caw barns, veterinary clinics and hospitals, all hospital equipments and supplies, vehicles (trucks carrying one day-old chicks, grain, livestock, manure, live chickens, etc.), industrial cold storages , livestock and poultry slaughterhouses, industrial garments, boots, pavements and etc also in disinfection of the ponds at the entrances of farms and breeding halls.
Attention:
- The containers that are directly related to water and food for livestock and poultry (drinking, feeding, etc.) should be thoroughly washed with water after disinfection.
- The diluted solution of SMA Glutaraldehyde 100 can be used in packaged containers for one week.
- The dilution should be done with cold and clean water.
