Chemical Compounds:
Phosphoric Acid, Nitric Acid, Corrosion Inhibitor, Synergistic and Stabilizing Substances, Deionized Water.
Mechanism of action:
Acid detergent solution is used after alkaline cleaning having 3 important effects:
1- Neutralizing the effect of alkaline substances by eliminating their remaining on the surface of the equipment, pipes, tanks, etc.
2- Preventing formation of Milk Stone by dissolving calcium salts of milk remaining inside pipes and tanks.
3- Preventing formation of sediments created as the result of using water with high hardness.
Suggested Use:
Applicable in CIP system to wash, clean and remove biofilms, mineral deposits (including Milk Stone and Water Stone), organic masses (including protein, fat, and sugar), internal surfaces of pipes, ducts, filters, connections and milk transport and storage tanks; and equipment such as pasteurizers etc. used in food and dairy factories.
Dosage:
Depending on the pH of the alkaline solution used in the alkaline washing process and the hardness of the water used, it is better effective with a concentration of 0.5 to 2% (half a liter to two liters of acidic detergent solution in 100 L of water).
How to Use:
After completion of Alkaline cleaning and rinsing process of equipment, pipes, tanks, etc., fill the tanks again with clean water together with acidic detergent solution with the appropriate dilution and circulate for 10 minutes at a temperature of 68-70° Celsius. Finally, drain the tank and rinse with clean and cold water.
Storage:
Store at a temperature below 35° Celsius and protect against freezing.
Attention:
Avoid storing gallons containing alkaline and acidic substances near each other.
Precautions:
1- When diluting and using this product, wear appropriate covers including gloves, mask, glasses and boots.
2- Avoid breathing the vapors of the product.
3- In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash the area immediately with clean water and consult a doctor if necessary.
