Power Hexidine

Products from Sepidan Matin Asia Pharmaceutical Company

Manufacturer of drugs and disinfectants used in livestock and poultry industry

Chemical compounds:
Chlorhexidine gluconate, tetravalent ammonium compounds, glycerin, synergistic and stabilizing compounds and deionized water.

Mechanism of action:
Given its strong cationic structure, chlorhexidine gluconate adheres to the cytoplasmic membrane of pathogens that have a negative charge and results in the release of cytoplasmic contents as well as precipitation of nucleic acids. The wide range of chlorhexidine gluconate performance against all kinds of bacteria, viruses, fungi, as well as the effect durability at the place of use, has made it a fully effective, safe and reliable disinfectant.
Tetravalent ammonium compounds with their special function, i.e. lysis of the wall of cytoplasmic membrane, expand the coverage of the product disinfection spectrum.
Glycerin, as a skin softening and moisturizing compound, makes livestock udder undamaged, especially in the cold season and during milking. After drying, this product forms a protective layer that preserves the disinfecting and softening effect of the product until the next milking, and on the other hand, prevents pathogens from entering the breast tissue until the teats are closed.

Consumption uses:
Power Hexidine disinfectant solution is used to disinfect livestock nipple (teat head) after milking (post dip) and to control mastitis.

Consumption amount and method:
To teat-dip livestock udder after milking, using a teat cup or a special cup, take the solution without diluting and immerse the nipple in it so that the nipple is completely covered with the disinfectant solution.

Note:
- In order to prevent the development of bacterial resistance in the farm, it is recommended to periodically (for example, every other day) use iodine-based disinfectant products in addition to this product.
- It is recommended to prevent livestock from sleeping on the bed for at least 20 minutes after the teat dip by applying proper management so that the film and protective layer is completely dried and can prevent the entry of microorganisms into the breast tissue.

Advantages:
Compared to other similar disinfectants, Power Hexidine disinfectant solution has less drops, the most coverage, the highest level of effectiveness and is much more affordable.

Precautions:
- Avoid contact of the product with water and animal food.
- Do not reuse the gallon of this solution.
- Close the gallon lid tightly after use.
- Prevent the product from freezing.

Maintenance conditions:
Store it in closed containers, in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius and protect from freezing.
